Job description
A local rubber molding company in the Staples area is now hiring Molders for their 1st shift!The candidates will be working independently and with other personnel to ensure completion of products. The candidate will complete testing and assemblies as required. Must have excellent attention to details and excellent attendance record. The candidate must be able to bend, twist and lift on a constant basis. Make sure you have the right material/tools/press settings when making parts and able to understand the process of making the parts (know the measurements for weighing material). Candidate will inspect the parts per directions on the work instructions. Able to trim parts if requested at the press and box accurate counts if needed at the press.
- $16.00 per hour
- Monday through Friday, 07:00 am to 3:00 pm
