Job Purpose-To program/operate and maintain a 3D Printer. This position will be part of our maintenance team and will be working closely with the storeroom lead and the maintenance lead to identify parts to reproduced using the 3D printer.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain a clean, and safe work environment. Including tool carts and any work performed on your shift.
• Work closely with the maintenance manager and Storeroom personnel to identify parts that should be reproduced on the 3D printer.
• Once parts are identified for production on the 3D printer, follow the step-by-step process from initial measurements and scanning to final measurements before being sent to the printer.
• Maintain inventory of needed material.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Previous 3D printing experience
• Proven CAD and SolidWorks
• Some mechanical background

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Attention to details, be able to perform quality control on all parts produce before they’re handed to the storeroom or the maintenance team.
• Must have hands on experience with precision measuring instruments (Calipers, Micrometers…).
• Special consideration will be given to candidates with proven CAD/Solidworks experience or previous 3D Printing experience.
• Must have good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word…).
• Be willing to learn and grow with the program.

EDUCATION: At least 2 years of technical schooling at a community college or vocational school…) preferably in Mechatronic.

This is 5 days a week position, Monday – Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
