Job Summary

Embrace our core values of integrity, advocacy, growth orientation, respect, and authenticity by delivering of 1:1 and/or group interventions with individuals on the autism spectrum, collecting data, keeping materials organized, reading programs and implementing them as written under the supervision of the supervisor and/or behavior specialist; based on the methodologies of applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform 1:1 behavioral therapy by implementing behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis
• Maintain data towards meeting individual goals
• Provide information to supervisors regarding progress
• Receive and implement feedback from supervisor
• Use sound judgment throughout sessions to ensure adequate therapy time is provided toward individual goals/targets

Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of 6 months to a year of experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or other disabilities required. May have equivalent experience in healthcare, childcare, or education.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field required for BI 2 position; high school diploma / GED required for BI 1 position.

Must hold or obtain RBT certification within 6 months of employment.

Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus. Must speak English.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
