• Monitor and control the ingress of persons entering via the 2nd Floor reception doors
• Staff the 2nd Floor reception desk; answer the reception / security telephone line on behalf of the suite

• Greet authorized guests, visiting employees, and authorized vendors, and accommodate access as required

• Issue guest/visitor stickers; assign and track the issuance of temporary access card(s) as applicable
• Receive and approve visitor pass requests made through (pending implementation) the Visitor Identity Management system (VIM), to include intercepting and referring any "watch listed" invitees, as necessary
• Monitor and respond to all access, visitor, and security related e mail inquiries and requests

• Receive and process requests for creating, assigning, or replacing I.D. access cards
• Produce visitor and employee access audit reports as needed
• Monitor video cameras of all 2nd Floor points of entry and exit, as well as monitor and respond to access / door alarms (e.g., door held open
• Initiate the calling of emergency personnel as required for any medical or security emergency, and coordinate their arrival to the scene
• Liaise with the building / landlord's security team as appropriate and necessary for visitor arrivals, security concerns, etc.
• Liaise with Global Security Management team, as required
• Support Emergency Services (ES) and/or landlord initiatives or requirements as necessary (e.g., fire drill evacuations, etc.)
• Support Environment Health Services (EHS) initiatives through the observation and reporting of any hazardous work condition or environment
• Support facilities team members as requested in fulfilling additional duties, as required (e.g., mailroom, vendor access, courier / package receivership, etc.).

$25.00 Hourly
