Ford Component Sales, LLC (FCS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company aligned with the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD). We are a flexible sales organization that directs resources toward revenue opportunities identified by FCSD.
We are in search of an Accessory Operations Analyst that supports operational plans and directives of existing licensed accessories products and programs within: Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Information Systems, Vehicle Personalization, Vehicle Operations and Product Development. On a Contract basis.

Support Mod Center Programs
- Process order batches twice/week
- Run SAMS reports for all programs, upload into Baan, process “Create Order” report for submission to the OMA team for processing
- Generate Order Bank Reports, distribute once/week
- After updating all data from SAMS, process Order Bank Reports for each program from Baan, format reports, and then distribute via email to distribution lists
- Manage weekly/monthly mod center operations meetings
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (mod centers, FCS team, suppliers, Ford scheduling, etc.) to ensure that mod centers have sufficient accessory inventory to complete on-site vehicles and expected deliveries around month-end
Support Plant Programs
- Run SAMS reports at beginning of month for previous month’s installations
- Run reports for each separate plant, showing all vehicles with FLA options built in the last few months
- Format reports to summarize only vehicles gate released in the previous month
- Provide revenue/profit numbers for largest plants to finance for forecast early in month
- Use summarized quantities to populate Order Forms, and provide this data to Finance team within first week of the month
- Complete invoices and send to OMAs for processing
- Finalize orders files (Order Form and CSV file) for each plant, send for peer review, then forward to OMA’s for processing
- Work with team in India to verify that receipts are maintained properly, investigating any issues that arise
Support Commercial Fleet Programs
- Issue purchase orders for other “on-demand” programs, like MSV and GSA
- Coordinate with Fleet program manager for requirements for batch of orders
- Compile standard order sheet template with information provided by Fleet team
- Send order files (Excel and CSV files) for peer review, then forward to OMA’s for processing
- Support Commercial Fleet programs for import programs (Transit Connect)
- Provide regular forecast reports for suppliers showing plant build information
- Coordinate with Import Operations Team for advance vessel schedule information
- Run Import Options Reports from Business Objects prior to vessel arrival, distributing to the port operations teams
- Follow plant Month End Invoice process for all port-installed options, after receiving installation reports from port finance teams
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
