Job Summary:
Stellar Pharmacy Services is looking for a full time Account Executive to cover the Arizona and New Mexico territory. Stellar is a fast-growing health care company providing point of care access to important medications for patients at risk of not getting or taking their medications. Stellar partners with Provider offices to deliver secure dispensing cabinets with important medications for asthma & family planning. We currently operate in PA, DE, DC, TN, and NM and will be expanding into AZ. Qualified candidates will possess the following attributes:

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manages and maintains relationships with all Trading Partners with XpeDose units at their sites.
· Good communication skills (verbal and written).
· Work with Health Plan partners (Provider Relations and Quality Teams) and Stellar’s VP of Business Development to seek out new provider sites for XpeDose expansion.
· Track sales trends regularly (monthly/quarterly) to evaluate performance. Meet with Management team to review performance data and help shape business strategy.
· Basic tech skills, comfort level with computer set up and function for XpeDose process.
· Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and replacing XpeDose units, if necessary.
· Responsible for adding, removing, or changing user and provider access to the XpeDose system.
· Responsible for ordering IUD/LARCS as well as DME supplies.
· Unpacks products upon delivery at designated locations and places them in XpeDose units.
· Responsible for setting up new Trading Partners with XpeDose units. This includes making the initial contact with Trading Partner, scheduling and completing demo, follow-up after demo, onboarding, programming the unit, hooking up all electronics (computer, monitor, etc.), delivery of unit and training staff.
· Pick up units that need replaced or when a Trading Partner closes their account with Stellar Pharmacy Services, Inc.
· Responsible for presenting about the XpeDose units and programs offered as deemed appropriate by President or VP of Business Development. This also includes completing the registration, setting up equipment and ensuring all promotional items have been purchased to distribute at conference.
· Responsible for testing and maintaining XpeDose systems and dashboard as needed to keep systems running properly. This includes communicating with Anteil any programming issues and/or downtime.
· Responsible for removing inventory from XpeDose units and ensuring these items are also removed from service and inventory data is deleted from XpeDose system.
· Requires travel.
· Ensures company vehicle is clean and maintained in a safe operating condition in accordance with annual vehicle inspection report.
· Performs routine roadside repairs, as necessary. (e.g., change tire, windshield wipers)
· Reports all accidents immediately to the WDM or appropriate supervisor in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Reports all Trading Partner concerns, complaints and unsafe conditions relating to deliveries to the WDM or appropriate supervisor and completes all necessary forms immediately.
· Maintains, cleans, and tests all XpeDose units and related equipment as directed and informs the WDM of defective equipment and devices.
· Performs emergency deliveries on an “on call” basis as assigned.
