The Role*
In the Account Executive role with Netronix Integration, the right candidate will perform business to business commercial sales activities towards the achievement of established sales goals and will be responsible for end user, security integrator and consultant development within the region. The right person will have a proven outside sales track record with a successful history of solution selling - preferably in the security and system integration or technology market.

What You'll Do*
- Sales lead generation, qualification and account management
- Identify and work with technology partners that lead to closing end-user outside sales opportunities
- Engage in extensive customer contact to conduct sales
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Introduce and demo new products, identify product applications, and keep accounts informed of product developments
- Work closely with our Senior Leadership, Operations and Engineering Teams to support Sales and Operations planning efforts
- Help provide feedback to our Sales Management Team on ways to enhance sales and refine company brand and reputation
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Regularly travel as needed while leading sales of this region

What You'll Bring*
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and perceptiveness to customer needs
- A bold approach to entering new markets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Suite
- Physical Security and/or technology experience is a plus!
