GENERAL-PURPOSE:

A Service Account Executive sells sign and lighting service and repair to existing and prospective customers while maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Opportunities include:
  • Prospecting from YESCO provided night patrol leads of Sign and Lighting repair issues
  • Prospecting additional business without night patrol leads
  • Must meet daily call volume and monthly sales volume set by sales manager
  • Benchmark expectations - A minimum of 60 patrol activities each day. If you are not achieving the appropriate closing ratio or average ticket price this number may increase
  • Maintains and develops customer relationships
  • Assists with collections as necessary
  • Within the first 9-12 months of your employment and as needed moving forward, we will schedule you for a regular night patrol that will allow you to familiarize yourself with the market and your customers’ needs
  • Meet monthly sales/revenue plan
  • Performs other duties as assigned

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Within the first few months of your employment, completion of the following courses is mandatory

  • Completion of YESCO University training courses
  • Completion of Maxlite 101-103
  • As qualified, completion of NALMCO certification courses

Relevant experience involving demonstrated abilities in sales or any combination of training, education, and experience which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Sales experience
  • Knowledge of computer software and hardware utilization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in person and electronically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
