About the role:
Join a rapidly growing startup and help build the structure of our future product organization. In this role, you’ll help sell our routing app Beans Route. Built on top of our data, Beans Route is a powerful routing and dispatch system for courier companies and carriers. Your role will be to sign up more customers and manage the sales cycle end to end.
You'll be part of a dynamic team growing business from the ground-up and will work closely with the co-founders and head of sales. You will be responsible for your assigned territory and will be the voice of the customer for the internal teams.
Your day to day responsibilities will include-
- Manage end to end sales process from prospecting to closing
- Understand Beans Route platform, it’s value proposition and competitive advantages
- 50% of the time will be spent cold calling, visiting warehouses, distributing business cards, networking, seeking referrals, trying to get face to face meetings
- Maintain active engagement with new prospects and customers
- Hit quarterly quotas for closed business
- Establish rapport with senior decision makers to lock deals
- Record, manage, and maintain sales activities utilizing CRM and analytics tools
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of quota-carrying, B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of working a sales process to consistently meet quota
- Strong prospecting skills over email, phone, Linkedin and other tools
- Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
- Hunter mindset with a hunger for competitive conquesting
- Prior experience in logistics and supply chain a plus
