The Jencap Account Executive supports the effort to build relationships with clients and maintain a high level of responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Process policy documents, such as binders, endorsements, certificates, and cancels/reinstatements
• Follow up with markets over the phone or in writing for policies, endorsements, and cancels/reinstatements
• Confirm that transactions are checked for accuracy
• See that all surplus lines transactions meet compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain, at a minimum, a basic understanding of the products offered by production teams
• Actively improve skills and knowledge through communication with others as well as formal education courses
• Assist in invoicing and resolving any accounting issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in some insurance exposures.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
