The Software Resilience Division:
The Software Resilience division is a leading global provider of software resilience and business continuity solutions with over 18,000 customers worldwide and offices all over the world. We recently completed the exciting acquisition of Iron Mountain’s Intellectual Property Management (IPM) business. Together, the two businesses offer a rich, complementary set of services to customers globally, including industry leading software verification solutions and, excitingly, a cloud resilience proposition: Escrow-as-a-Service (EaaS).
As a combined business, IPM and our Software Resilience division are now the market leader in software resilience services globally. Together we remain committed to investing in helping customers improve resilience as the technology landscape continues to evolve and are focused on delivering maximum value to customers, and creating a workplace where sales, technical and operations teams can be themselves and do their best ever work.
In March 2019 we Launched our EaaS cloud offering. This is a marketing leading cloud escrow solution, where we have since seen triple digit % growth over the past two years. This solution is underpinned by deeply embedded cloud technologies and include a mixture of legal and technical consultancy services that are sold to customers worldwide

Role purpose
NCC Group Software Resilience Division have identified an opportunity to enhance our ambitious growth strategy and are looking for self-motivated individuals to join the team in the role of Senior Account Manager.
Escrow services and software resilience solutions are a complex sale which requires analysis and balancing of business needs of at least three parties on each transaction that frequently involves external legal counsel representation in the transaction and development of an appropriate solution to mitigate deal risks. Successful representatives will understand selling to multiple buying and influencing parties that requires legal, technical and business/consulting skills to develop appropriate solutions for customers.
Key accountabilities:
  • Driving new business from prospective and existing customer accounts within a defined territory, and meeting/exceeding individual sales quotas to achieve booking targets.
  • Create, develop, organize, plan, self-direct, and coordinate all sales activities for both prospective and established customers within the territory.
  • Analyzing and understanding customer business needs and have business acumen to develop solutions via a methodical sales discovery process.
  • Entrepreneurial nature - independent thinking and decision making and ability to multitask in a fast pace environment. This includes self-generate new business opportunities from allocated prospective customer data sources through educating and inspiring potential new clients on our Software Resilience solutions including Escrow contracts, Verifications and Cloud solutions.
  • Solution Development/Commercial Teaching: working with prospects or customers, including advising their legal counsels, the position requires the consultative development of an understanding of the customer’s needs, licensing or deal terms and expectations to advise on how to develop the appropriate Software Resilience solution that helps mitigate the risks to the particular transaction that the customer/prospect has shared.

  • Minimum of three to five year experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with previous experience managing small and medium (SMB) and large corporate accounts, developing client relationships and skillful at multi-party negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, Social Selling or Avention all a plus
