Job Description:

Puritan Commerical Cleaning & Services is one of Montana's largest family-owned businesses! We are looking for a self-directed leader who wants to bring their work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability to a place it will be appreciated and rewarded. The Account Manager is a full-time position. There is unparalleled growth potential with this position.

Our Account Managers oversee the custodial front line staff and ensure that contractual obligations are met with a high standard of quality, efficiency, and professionalism. This position is the face of our company to our clients, and will need to have great communication skills.

Duties of the job include:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Verify that accounts are cleaned as expressed in contracts
  • Ensure the quality of the work is to our standards
  • Work with other staff to make sure that every account is staffed

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

  • Train custodial staff to perform their assignments effectively, efficiently, and safely
  • Evaluate work performance
  • Administrative duties pertaining to staff

CLIENT RELATIONS

  • Proactivley address any client complaints in a timely manner
  • Proactively build and maintain great relationships with clients
  • Represent the company professionally

SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain equipment at accounts
  • Ensure janitor closets are clean
  • Partner with other staff in the ordering and delivery of supplies
