As a Shopper Promotion Account Manager, you are responsible for managing multiple brands, and will lead digital advertising promotion campaign activities. In this role you will serve as the client consultant delivering highly valued end-to-end customer experience, consult with clients to execute campaign optimizations and drive account growth strategies. All of this will be performed in accordance with Quotients values:

What you'll do:
- Develop, build, sustain, and grow the shopper promo business you have been assigned
- Execute strategic outreach campaigns and proactively cover your shopper account base ensuring frequent contact with clients
- Develop growth strategies to retain and expand partnerships within our existing customer base
- Develop estimates and proposals for our clients in digital shopper promotions
- Accountable for tracking live campaigns daily, provide optimization and best practices in regard to industry and competitive advantage with customers to meet KPIs
- Ownership of end of campaign measurement, deliverables and recommendations leading to upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Manage your clients business with precision, accurately forecast revenue to management
- Finalize sales orders and accurately enter client orders into Quotient’s systems
- Gain and deliver subject matter expertise on Quotient promo products, technology, and services to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Consistently monitor market trends and educate yourself on industry best practices to offer valuable perspective to your clients
- Meet your revenue and client satisfaction goals
What you'll bring:
- Ability to understand clients’ unmet needs and how Quotient promo products can fill the need
- Ability to mitigate problems, identify pain points and proactively create solutions that put the customer first
- Genuine passion for helping your clients succeed
- Experience managing client retention and accountability for year over year growth
- Able to work with data, create insights and present findings via storytelling
- Ability to adapt and change with the needs of the business mindfully and tactically
- Strong listening and communicative skills via email, virtual meetings, and phone to enhance collaboration and build trusting partnerships
- Superior organizational and time management skills in balancing multiple priorities among a large portfolio of clients with excellent execution, prioritization and follow through
- High degree of self-motivation, drive and resilience
- Excellent attention to detail
- 3-5 years’ experience in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management from the following business verticals: SaaS company, Advertising Agency or Retailer
