Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Account Manager for our client, a local company that specializes in designing unique and functional products. This is an exciting Full-Time, Direct-Hire opportunity located onsite in Poulsbo, WA!

As the Account Manager, you will report to the Sales Manager and utilize your sales and customer relationship expertise to manage a variety of customer accounts. Your creativity, project management skills, and relationship building skills will help you succeed in this position!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and internal sales team
• Grow to be a product expert through a full understanding of product offers, both standard and custom
• Respond to all requests and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure expectations are exceeded
• Create and maintain positive internal and external working relationships
• Work with designers, end-users, sales representatives, and dealers to understand project specifications and create compelling product and design solutions
• Draft and prepare accurate drawings and quotes based on the project specifications and customer’s needs
• Forecast and track key projects by logging and clearly communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure deliverables and support are timely and aligned with project specifications
• Exercise flexibility, initiative, and good judgment to resolve problems and field customer inquiries

• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• 2+ years of Customer Relations experience
• 2+ years of Planning and Design experience
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• This position with our client requires employees to report to work at a physical location.
