Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the smooth running of your clients’ day to day business.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the rhythm and nuances of your clients’ businesses, leading to the trust and reliance of junior to mid-level clients.
- Lead the internal processes of your client portfolio; from resourcing other agency department to managing invoicing and dealing with day-to-day client issues and requests.
- Act as the crucial right hand of the Account and Business Directors
Skills/Experience needed:
- 3+ years’ experience in an agency – media, creative or digital.
- Full understanding of ATL, Digital & Social channels, formats & production processes
- Strong organisational, financial & project planning skills
- Inherent appreciation of creative problem solving
- Natural and clear communicator
