Job description

GENERAL NSL:

· Account and Order Management

  • Main point of contact for all clients for all things relating to order production
  • Track & update every order that is in production
  • Be a constant liaison between the clients and other departments based on order needs
  • Keep all orders moving forward by applying pressure to appropriate issues
  • Add orders to the needs for ETA’s, batch sheets, supplement facts, etc.
  • Respond to all customer requests/needs and all sales rep’s requests/needs
  • Input quotes in assigned sales rep’s absence
  • Weekly meetings with sales reps
  • Weekly production meetings
  • Miscellaneous projects for prospects/clients

· Vendor communications for requests like revision changes

· Sales liaison for updates & priority

· Communicate with purchasing manager for ETA requests and priorities

· Department liaisons for updates (ex: graphics & quality)

· Work with quality/shipping on products to be reworked or with issues

· Update order management tracker for open order lifecycles

· Work with warehouse on where to send components when received/when needed

· Initiate label subs or label reprints with graphics team (or cartons, etc.)

· Credit Approvals

NETSUITE SPECIFIC NSL:

· Creating items for the order as needed

· SOR to Sales order processing

· Creation of label submissions

· WO creation if not automatically done through the FG item

· Invoicing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
