Title: Analyst/Accountant # 294172-1 Location: Columbus, OH 43240 • This is working in the office-onsite. Company: JP Morgan Chase Contract Dates: 3/2023-6/2023 = Potential for Temp to hire Schedule: Monday • Friday 8am-5pm EST Time Zone Pay Range: $28.00/hour PAID WEEKLY The Accounting Operations Analyst will have the following responsibilities: • Financial review on capital project expenditures to ensure accounting treatment is appropriate and in accordance with GAAP and Firm policies, including timely recording of fixed assets • Obtain thorough understanding of assigned responsibilities, fixed asset accounting concepts, detailed knowledge of operations that affect our clients, overall operating transactions flow, and all corporate and/or vendor systems and interfaces that affect the timely processing of assigned responsibilities • Respond to, research and resolve outstanding items for assigned responsibilities • Communicate with business partners to facilitate resolution of outstanding items; partners will include internal customers and external service providers • Identify exceptions to standards, determining underlying causes and escalating to the supervisor and/or partners as appropriate • Maintain accurate documentation to support transaction processing in compliance with Corporate Accounting and Project Accounting practices and policies • Ensure daily workload is completed with minimal errors and within designated time frame • Consistently meet established daily production and accuracy expectations • Analyze, track and report on project processing irregularities on assigned responsibilities. • Support internal and external audit activities and inquiries • Perform ad hoc analysis or other responsibilities as assigned by manager AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
