Job Description:

Senior Accountant/Analyst

• Prepare general ledger journal entries on a regular basis associated with the month end close processes (with full cycle of GL experience, incl. payroll, accruals & prepaids and amortization
• Process Capital expenditure transaction government policies & procedures and defined timelines.
• Budget development and management
• Special projects to clean up the Intercompany accounts for systems migration
• Duties include reviewing fixed assets coding assignments and reconciliation of all Fixed Assets Clearing accounts against mass additions table in sub-ledger
• Perform monthly reconciliation of Fixed Assets and Intangibles between sub-ledgers and general ledgers.
• Prepare quarterly review and annual audit support work papers and support efforts for KPMG external auditors, as well as other general accounting tasks.
• Assist in monthly reconciling project costs with draw reports, invoice tracking, and coordinating with project managers for variances analysis
• Software examples: WorkForce Now, Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP preferred

Accountant

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst and an Accountant
• Accounting experience includes: full cycle AP and AR, financial reporting, reconciliations, JE, and developed expense plan goals
• Highly experienced in building dashboards in Excel, projections, historical revenue
• Software examples: Python, SQL, Hyperion, SAP, Advanced Excel

Education/Requirements:

• Minimum BA in Accounting
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
