rare opportunity for a knowledgeable, energetic and results-driven
Accounting Assistant in our Tampa Bay office, located in Tarpon Springs.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following. Subject to change without notice according to Company needs.
Requirements:
Organized and Detail Oriented- Strong Work Ethic
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general Emailing
- Regular and Reliable Attendance
- Ability to Self-Manage and Work Independently with Minimal Supervision
- Must be Able to Lift 75 lbs.
- Must be Able to Stand, Sit, Bend, Twist, and Move efficiently with Reasonable Accommodations if required
- 2 years Prior Data Entry Experience
- Capable of Managing Multiple Tasks in a Time-Sensitive Environment
- High Degree of Professionalism
- Ability to Work with Others and Interdepartmentally
Duties:
Entering data into our CRM- Processing Receipts/Invoices
- Reconciling Receipts
- Utilizing Various Spreadsheets
- Fact Checking
- Assist with Collections.
- Preparing and Sending out Legal Paperwork. (NTO, NOI, Liens)
- Learning and Proficiently Navigating our Systems and Processes
- Completing job Duties with a High Degree of Accuracy
- Knowledge of Standard Accounting Procedures
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Ability to Maintain a High Level of Confidentiality
- Effective and Efficient Communication Skills
- Ability to Solve Problems and Offer Solutions Collaboratively with Accounting Manager
