Job description

• Governance: Ensure established controls are completed and documented across the function to safeguard cash application processes.
• Process: Oversee our desk top procedures documentation (DTP's) for our outsourced cash appliers and onshore teams making sure appropriate edits are made where necessary.
• Help identify opportunities for standardization across the business units. Assist in maintaining and improving where possible already existing automation opportunities.
• Service/Quality: Monitor our error reporting and ticket creation system, service now, to ensure the team is timely resolving and classifying tickets.
• Work with cross-functional teams, particularly SAP IT, EDI, Supply Chain, Cash Management, Sales Finance, Deductions and Collection teams to ensure cash application service levels are met.
• HYBRID 3 days a week
• 5 years of cash applications experience
• Must have SAP experience in cash application.
• Having been through implementation of SAP would be a huge plus.
• Management experience also a big plus
• Previous experience working with an outsourced function helpful.
• College Degree preferred but additional experience considered.
• CPG experience a plus but not a requirement

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Cash application: 5 years (Required)
• Documentation: 5 years (Preferred)
• auditing: 5 years (Preferred)
• SAP: 3 years (Required)
• CPG (Consumer packaged goods): 3 years (Preferred)
