Thomasville, GA | Temp to Perm | $20.00+ / Hour - Based on experience

A local bank in Thomasville, GA is looking for an entry level accounting assistant to handle reconciles and general ledgers. A successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding social skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling accounts payable, reconciles and general ledgers
• Data entry
• Complete additional tasks as requested

Experience and Education

• High school diploma or GED
• (Preferred) prior accounting experience
• Minimum 2 year degree with accounting class and knowledge of accounts payable (preferred)
• Microsoft Excel and Word experience required

Requirements

• Team player
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong computer knowledge
• Have a reliable form of transportation
• Clean background record, credit check, and a clean drug screen
• Wear business casual attire

Location: Thomasville, Georgia

Pay Rate: $20.00+ / Hour - Based on experience

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
