Describe the dynamic of your team and where this candidate will fit into the overall environment:

  • Works with sales, marketing, billing departments - communicating via email, phone, and in person
  • Working directly with manager and 2 accountants, 1 billing specialist

Technical and skills profile:

Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:

  • Correspondence via email and phone
  • Creating invoices in system
  • Processing payments
  • Data verification and entry
  • Attention to detail
  • Verify payment details, invoices, other information on account profiles
  • Creating credit memo
  • Creating customer profiles in the system

Describe the must have technical skills/experience of the position in priority order:

  • Accounting, invoicing, payments background--highly preferred**
  • Intermediate Excel - and analysis - vlook up, pivot tables - required
  • Tech savvy
  • Organized
  • Data entry
  • High attention to detail
  • Accuracy
  • Experience with data entry and verification software
  • Prioritizing
  • Multitasking
  • Utilizing reports generated from the data system
  • Ability to edit excel and PDF reports (making notes, removing/adding information) - required
  • Ability to make concise documentation on reports

Associates or Bachelor's degree - preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 per hour
