Job Description:

  • Managing Accounting Office production and employees
  • HR Management- conducting Background Checks, Initiate Onboarding Paperwork, Processing I-9 forms
  • Maintaining employee records (e.g. vacations, pay changes, terminations)
  • Payroll Processing (checking timesheets for accuracy, entering data into payroll system)
  • Post daily bank transactions from multiple banking accounts
  • Process and create daily reports on funding status for customer purchases
  • Reconcile reports and schedules pertaining to vehicle inventory
  • Remit payment and verify registration of warranty products
  • Remit payable checks to vendors
  • Maintain stock of dealership office supplies
  • File and maintain an organized system for payable documents
  • Assist in monthly closings

Requirements

  • 2 years Automotive Accounting experience preferred.
  • CDK Global experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of dealership documents.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Associates Degree or the equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to new learn new things.
