Additional Job Information
This role?s primary function is the processing of daily accounting transactions including accounts receivable billing, cash receipts and past due balances.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Create customer invoices and manage billing processes for scholarships and grants
? Process daily deposits and apply all payments to customer/student accounts (e.g., check, ACH, credit card)
? Process payments, refunds and reimbursements
? Contact customers/students for
payment status on past due balances
? Maintain all AR records
? Prepare journal entries
? Bank reconciliation
Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT accounting system preferred
