Anglo Irish Refrigeration has a full-time vacancy for an accounts assistant within our busy office administration team.
Responsibilities
- Processing of sales transactions
- Ownership of sales invoicing process from start to finish
- Journal entries for preparation of monthly accounts
- Work directly with internal business partners to support them as required
- Assisting with the Audit reports and preparations
- Preparation of reports to the Financial Controller
- AdHoc support to the Financial Controller
Skills & Experience
- 2 years + of relevant experience
- Self-motivated, proactive and ability to use own initiative
- Good knowledge of computers accounts packages and MS Office suite
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics GP would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Multi-task oriented
- Able to work alone as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
