As an Accounts Payable Assistant Manager, you play a pivotal role in our shared services accounts payable department as you oversee the processing of payables for multiple offices. Each day, your duties include leading a team of accounts payable team members, ensuring that they adhere to established procedures while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. You also monitor key operational metrics that measure the performance of our accounts payable against our goals.
Your aim is to drive continuous improvement initiatives that optimize our processes and enhance our performance. In addition, you build and maintain positive relationships with our vendors by ensuring timely payments and providing excellent service. Through your attentive oversight, you ensure that our accounts run smoothly, and you are proud to contribute to our company in such a meaningful way!
YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT MANAGER
This accounting position works in our office during regular business hours, Monday - Friday.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Must complete the Cultural Index survey sent out after submitting the application
