An A #1 Air Accounts Payable Clerk receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records. Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Research special projects, as assigned by management
• Research and reconcile/enter credits
• Enter invoices - 1/2 of Standard, Elliot, Moore Supply, Big Vendors, Utility Bills

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields preferred but not required
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
