Full Time Accounts Payable Clerk 1st Shift 8:00 am to 4:30pm – Logan Twp. NJ

$19.00 per hour

Job Description: Full cycle processing of Accounts Payables of Vendor Invoices on time and accurately. Must maintain proper filing system of records. Monthly account reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

· AA degree in Accounting, Business Finance, or related field preferred but not required; will consider 2 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.

· Computer literate, including JDE, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.

· Communication with internal and external customers either verbally or in writing. Must have strong organization, communication, and written skills to include neat hand- writing.

· Attention to Details, very important.

· Process invoices in a timely manner by due date as not to miss discounts.

· Review the Received not Vouchered Report.

· Process invoice batches to Corporate and file all backup paperwork.

· Any other Administrative or related duties as needed.

Sign on/Retention Bonus paid in 3 installments per company policy.
