We have an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk for our premier surgery center in Beverly Hills. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Full-time, long-term / permanent position, and pays hourly $20 - $21(dependent on experience). Please apply with your updated resume to be considered to interview.

The Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities will be:

• Open and process information for new vendor accounts including proper coding.
• Match all invoices with Packing slip and PO
• Process all payables entries ensuring accuracy and proper account coding
• Log all invoices to the PO log
• Schedule and perform check runs consistent with vendor requirements
• Scan and post all payments received from payers, patients and other sources to the correct account, prepare balance adjustment and refund request as needed.
• Reports directly to the business office manager and provide assistance as needed
• Other duties and/or special projects as assigned by Management.

Required work experience & education includes:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with both internal and external clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize various tasks
• Understand and maintain complete confidentiality of all company and client financial information.
• Experience in accounts payable and payment posting
• 1 - 2 years of accounts payables experience desired
