Hiring for an AP( Accounts Payable) Specialist with a Robotics Manufacture located in the Palm Beach Gardens area

Full Time- Perm

Monday- Friday

Regular morning scheduele

Compensation: $26.00-$30.00 an hour base of experience

Accounts Payable Duties and Responsibilities

• Review invoices for accuracy
• Heavy inventory and invoicing
• Process payments and invoices
• Set up new accounts
• Maintain customer files and record payment information
• Data Entry
• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Analyzing workflow processes
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing due invoices for payments
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

Requirements and Qualifications for the Accounts Payable position

• 3-4 years of experience in AP
• Preferably experience in the Manufacturing Industry
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Accounting/Financial background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Palm Beach Gardens, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Heavy invoicing: 2 years (Preferred)
• inventory: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
