We are looking for a full time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Blue Bell, PA.

Position Summary:

The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle and report on vendor payments, invoices, and reconciliations as well as review and process expense reports. The Accounts Payable Specialist will assist with other projects to support the accounting team on a regular basis.

Core Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Audit and process expense reports for weekly payment.
• Oversee the audit and process of all credit card bills.
• Ensure that all processing of payments is made to vendors.
• Manage and prepare the W-9 and handle annual 1099 filings.
• Support Accounts Payable with weekly payment processing.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies and assist in month-end close.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Excel and financial programs.
• Netsuite experience is highly desired.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential financial information required.
