Position Summary: The Cash Application position is responsible for the maintenance of general accounts receivable and reports.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Receive and process payments from customers and trading partners.
• Interface with internal and external customers, at all levels of the organization
• Assist with the monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivable.
• Generate receivable billings to recoup shared expenses; maintain transaction logs.
• Ensure that daily payments and credits processed are properly updated to the accounts receivables system.
• Resolve invoice pricing and quantity discrepancies with appropriate parties timely.
• Review and reconcile supplier statements, as needed.
• Maintain department key performance measurement data, as required.
• Support all Shared Service employees in meeting team objectives.
• File AR documentation, as required.
• Other projects or duties, as assigned.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15.55 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Manor, TX 78653: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Accounts receivable: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
