The Accounts Receivable Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for interacting with various internal & external stakeholders to drive collections and minimize risks.
This position is part of the Finance Department located in Brea, California and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the NACO Finance Team and report to the Working Capital (WC) Manager responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) activities within NACO. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage collections of assigned AR portfolio via executing on collections strategies and touch base with delinquent customers.
Stakeholder engagement with Sales & Customer Service in identifying and resolving problems impacting collections, such as disputes, contractual & credit issues.
Process improvement initiatives and driving cross functional actions.
Prepare reporting as per required frequency or on ad-hoc basis.
Provide support to team members as back up & training on AR systems/processes.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High school diploma or college degree.
3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
Proficient in Oracle EBS ERP and Microsoft Office tools Excel & Outlook.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience related to Medical/Healthcare industry.
Participation in project management activities.
Problem solving & negotiation skills – especially in handling difficult situations.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $27-$29. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
