Overview:
Your Role: Responsible for identifying and contacting customers regarding payment status. Maintaining customer’s account credit guidelines and may include cash posting and some billing responsibilities.

Location: Mt. Sterling, IL
Department: Accounts Receivable
Reports To: Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Your Role: Responsible for identifying and contacting customers regarding payment status. Maintaining customer’s account credit guidelines and may include cash posting and some billing responsibilities.
- Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Creates, posts, and adjusts deposits to customer accounts
- Indexing all back up that is related to customer deductions
- Reviews and researches invoice discrepancies
- Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

We Need You To Have:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Such as Excel, Work, and Outlook)
- General knowledge of accounting practices
We’d Like You To Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous work in accounts receivable
- Strong math skills
- Knowledge of general office equipment (Such as fax and copy machines)
