We are looking to add a qualified Accounts Receivable Manager to our GROWING team! AR Manager will be responsible for maintaining all accounts receivable, aging reports, collections, and managing new customer set up. Working closely with owners to manage company cash flow and finances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Accounts Receivable
• Aging Reports
• Collections
• AR Reports
• Monitoring Invoice Approval
• Payouts
• Reconciling Data
• Maintain Deposit Log
• Managing Cash Flow
• Organizing Expenses and Receipts
• Administrative and Clerical Tasks

Experience Required:

• Three years of accounting/ accounts receivable experience
• Quickbooks (MUST HAVE)
• Open Invoice/ Open Ticket
• Microsoft Programs- Excel (MUST HAVE)
• Strong Communication Skills

Ideal candidate will be self motivated, highly organized and detail oriented. Be able to analyze data and problem solve effectively. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task. MUST have a positive attitude and be TEAM oriented!

Running Horse, LLC offers competitive annual salary starting at $65,000/year (DOQ) and full benefits package after 60 days of employment. Please send resume with references for immediate consideration.
