About The Role

Our Accounts Receivable Representative will be an integral member of the A/R team, responsible for resolving check depositing queries, reconciling check batches and payments, and validating customer data. Additionally, our accounts receivable team works on the frontline of collections, calling customers for disputed credit card payments, bounced checks, and unpaid invoices in order to collect amounts owed to the company.

  • Contact customers for RelayDirect and other product lines to verify customer information by obtaining a Form W-9 and bank account information through a bank letter
  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying and recording checks received from clients
  • Reconcile the check deposit ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues
  • Contact debtors by telephone to enact and negotiate debt recovery for bounced checks, disputed credit card transactions, and past-due invoices
  • Keep electronic records of all communications, payment plans agreed to, and amounts paid by clients
