Job description

Accounts Receivable and Purchasing position.

Accounts Receivable: Prepares A/R invoices for billing, data entry, monitors accounts and manages collections of delinquent accounts, performs account analysis and review, negotiates payment arrangements, completes month and year end reports and other duties.

Must work closely with the Senior Accountant and exhibit excellent professional customer service skills. Knowledge of computerized accounting and spreadsheet experience and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.

Purchasing: Company wide purchasing functions for online and in store purchases, sorts and notifies programs of order fulfillment, maintains records and communicates well with other departments and team members. Provides coverage for front desk breaks/lunch as needed.

Great customer services skills are needed to maintain professional vendor relationships, organization and attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required.

Candidates with an Associates in Accounting or Business or 2 years of experience in the field is preferred.
