Key Responsibilities:

• Processes incoming customer payments from our bank lockbox, direct deposits into accounts, and payments made over the phone daily
• Assists the AR Staff Accountants in the completion of RoadRunner’s monthly invoicing cycle to ensure all deadlines are achieved
• Works with the AR/Revenue Manager and senior Collections Dept staff to review and accurately apply overpayment amounts/credits on customer accounts
• Completes balance reallocation questions within the company ERP system to ensure accurate and timely corrections to misapplied customer payments
• Answer customer inquiries via phone call or email
