Job Description
COECO Office Systems is expanding and looking for an excellent Administrative Support coordinator to continue the 100+ year old tradition of providing a great customer experience.

The Admin Support coordinator interacts with customers regarding past due invoices and facilitate customer collections. This position is also responsible for calling customer to collect meter readings from equipment.
Candidates will need to demonstrate self-discipline to work semi-independently at our COECO Corporate Office.
Daily tasks include but not limited to:
Make outgoing calls to customers to collect meter readings from equipment
Create Excel spreadsheets by exporting reports from company software
Notify customers with delinquent accounts and attempt to secure payment
Provide management and ad-hoc reports utilizing Microsoft Excel
Maintain excellent customer relations
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Skill Requirements:
3+ years relevant accounts receivable/collections experience
Strong customer service skills
Solid Excel skills
Knowledge of ERP/strong computer skills
Independent and detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player able to work across various levels of the organization as well as multi-site
Working Conditions:
General working hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with limited absences/tardiness.
Attend occasional meetings and trainings conducted at company sites.
