Job description

· Work begins at 5:30 AM every week day

· Load up company truck with material

· Drive to job site (while on the clock)

· Arrive at job site and unload truck

· Work for 8 hours

· Travel back to warehouse (normally finish around 4/5 PM)

· Must not be afraid of heights

· Work to be performed off baker staging, stilts or lifts

· Must know how to read a tape measure

· From cutting mains to cutting tile, reading a tape is critical

· Must be willing to stay out of town, if needed

· Work may take place in Bangor, Blue Hill, etc and may be required to spend night in hotel (booked and paid for by company with per diem)

· Must be willing to work weekends, if needed

· Construction has ebbs and flows that may require support from crew during weekend to complete jobs within project window

· No prior construction experience needed

· You will be taught by another mechanic in-field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
