Position Summary & Job Description

The Acquisitions Associate is a valuable member of our team who is responsible for sourcing and modeling investment opportunities for ownership and will have the opportunity to contribute to the Company’s growth in a collaborative environment that provides for professional development and personal growth.

Specific Responsibilities Include

• Develop and foster relationships with the brokerage community in targeted markets
• Source new investment opportunities based on a given set of criteria
• Review and modeling of specific investment opportunities based the Company’s underwriting principals
• Presentation to and interaction with ownership, senior management and multiple internal departments
• Participation in the due diligence process of the Company’s acquisitions
• New, special and confidential projects for ownership and senior management

Requirements & Abilities

• Bachelors’ degree required
• Individual must be highly motivated and a self-starter who can work with independently when required
• Eagerness to accept additional responsibilities as assigned
• Ability to manage multiple time sensitive tasks at once
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective analytical and problem-solving ability
