Amentum is seeking a full-time Access Control Supervisor responsible for providing oversight to the Access Control team. This also includes helping with all other access control responsibilities as outlined below:

• Oversite of all ACS personnel.
• Responsible for the scheduling and timekeeping of assigned ACS.
• Responsible for monthly coverage reports.
• Ensuring the understanding and compliance of operational functions and the TTO and PWS of the contract.
• Review of staffing levels to maintain full coverage of posts.
• Conducting investigations of suspicious or unusual incidents and coordinating with HR to take proper action.
• Responsible for providing developmental guidance and continued support to all ACS.
• Brief ACS team on new developments and share information about any security concerns.
• Responsible for issuing corrective action to ACS when applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associates degree with 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizen
• Must have the ability to oversee and supervise 50+ employees.
• Must have the ability to resolve conflict amicably.
• Requires operating application software including word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) and polygraph.
• Read, speak, and understand the English language fluently.
• Must have the ability to think outside the box and provide suggestions to improve operational function of site and employee morale.
• Ability to complete written reports and forms.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift (1300-2100) Sunday - Thursday.
  

Physical requirements:

• You need to be physically able to perform all duties and functions as specified;
• You need to see well and be able to prove it. You should have 20/20 vision (with glasses and contacts if needed) and close vision correctable to Jaeger No. 4 type test for both eyes;
• You need to be free of color blindness;
• You should have normal fields of vision and good depth perception, as defined by the Snellen chart;
• You need to be able to have hearing which is correctable to normal level hearing with hearing aids. Normal hearing levels are demonstrated by a pure tone audiometry hearing level (HL) of 0 decibels (dB) or lower; and
• You need to be able to stand continuously for 4 hours at a time.
