Admin / Kids Club Attendant - PT
This is a part-time position working Monday – Friday from approximately 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm daily with an hourly rate of $12.00.
Position
Wendover Management, LLC is seeking a part-time Admin / Kids Club Attendant for Wellington Park Apartments, a multi-family community located at 1225 Apley Circle, Apopka, FL. We are looking for a person that possesses high energy, expert communication, and relationship-building skills paired with outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for working with children.
Wendover Management, LLC is the property management division of Wendover Housing Partners, a privately-held real estate development and management company specializing in multi-family communities throughout the Southeast. We develop, build and manage communities for families, seniors, and students.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with homework
- Lead after-school crafts and prepare snacks
- Keep the kids club area maintained and organized
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to create and implement resident activities
- Ensure the highest levels of quality are being maintained for the asset, services, and resident satisfaction
- Report to Property Manager

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred
- Previous experience working with school-aged children required
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills are required
- Must have the ability to create relationships/rapport with residents; ability to work with a diverse array of people and customers
- Must be adaptable; able to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
