Permanent opportunity
Based on the outskirts of Cork City
Salary 55k + Depending on experience

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing the administration teams across various internal department to ensure efficiency across the board
• Ongoing process improvement to optimise patient flow and department scheduling
• Overseeing appointment scheduling and waiting list process highlight any areas of improvement
• Collaborate with all departments to implement and promote best service excellence practices.
• Participate in Staff Recruitment, supporting induction and training of new hires with department leads on an ongoing basis
• Facilitate and maintain an effective corporate approach to the management of complaints.
• Liaise with Consultants across various internal department to establish and delivery on their requirements
• Managing the day to day staffing needs of department and adjust as appropriate
• Ongoing process and departmental improvement
• Ongoing collaboration with team leads to ensure cohesive communication from the top down

What do you need?

• Previous people management in a busy corporate / healthcare environment is essential
• Proven track record on process improve
• Proven track record in driving change and support teams through these changes
• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels
