We are looking for a qualified Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our iLash Charlotte Family. This position will require a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. This candidate should be proficient in content creation across multiple channels and adapt at developing creative, comprehensive content strategies.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in administration, marketing, and/or customer service, as well as, a solid understanding of SEO. They should also be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Administrative:

- Answering phone calls and customer inquiries

- Scheduling appointments

- Data entry and filing

- Assisting with supply orders

Marketing:

- Creating and managing marketing campaigns

- Developing and executing promotional strategies

- Tracking marketing and promotional efforts

- Developing and executing content strategies that enhance our brand and drive customer engagement

- Analyzing customer data

· 25 hours a week

· Monday is for content, 12pm to 5pm

· Tuesday-Friday, 10am to 3pm
