Seeking proactive, detail-oriented administrative professional to support our Bradenton office with clerical tasks. Administrave professionals play a critical role at Atwell, ensuring the staff can communicate and work efficiently by assisting with day to day operations of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings
- Welcome and support visitors
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Carry our administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and ordering supplies
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting results
- Assist with entering projects in Vision, expense reports, and proposals
- Assist with assembling project documents, producing plans, project manuals, and reports
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a professional environment in an Administrative role
- Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Experience working in an Architectural, Engineering, construction industry required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent grammar and written communication
- Able to manage and balance multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency with MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work in our Bradenton office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
