Location: 555 South Promendade Avenue, Corona, CA 92879 Our Administrative Assistants coordinate all administrative and front office work, sales bids, quotes, and customer service.

Internally, we call this role Sales/Office Assistant. What you'll be doing: • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to team members. • Process Accounts Receivable collections. • Fill out DAS forms, Certified Payroll, and labor compliance packages.

  • Run errands, complete clerical work, data entry, and filing. • Enter sales orders for shipping. Prepare DHL or FedEx waybills for the shipping department. • Work with the Install Supervisor to coordinate job schedules and material requirements for upcoming jobs.
  • Obtain and verify information for all contracts or purchase orders, correspond with customers, contractors, and SpectraTurf reps. • Prepare warrantees, maintenance packages, submittal packets, product samples, and brochures for mailing.
