Our company is seeking:
Administrative Assistantfor ourCondominiuminMiami/Brickell, FL (33130).
Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:30a-5p)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience. Condominium experience is highly preferred
- Customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, detail oriented and professional
- Proficient in computer software including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the General/Catering Manager in assisting all aspects of management including administrative and financial duties
- Organize and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records. Answer phones and communicate via email in a timely manner
- Assist residents and staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. Organize and distribute incoming mail
- Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance
