Job description

We are a busy real estate office seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Must be a self-starting, high-energy team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask while providing the utmost customer service to our clients and our agents. Looking for someone who demonstrates an advanced knowledge of social media and computer skills. If you think you have what it takes to fill this position, please apply. Having a real estate background is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person
  • Greeting and assisting clients and agents who visit the office
  • Organizing and maintaining digital documents
  • Reviewing submitted documents for compliance and communicating with agents for corrections as needed
  • Assisting with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in the real estate industry a plus, but not mandatory
