Hardy Corporation is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who desires to join a successful team of seasoned construction and office professionals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist multiple project managers with administrative tasks
  • Preparing job site safety books, pre-qualification proposals, subcontracts, and purchase orders
  • Order insurance certificates
  • Reserve and manage hotel and travel accommodations
  • Track and process weekly production reports
  • Occasionally assist with receptionist and switchboard duties


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in office administration or related field
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Word and Excel
  • Experience with job cost, budgets, and project billing would be a big plus
